I was told my fee to pay would be a certain amount but was actually charged a hundred pounds more at the end! Shocking! But i stuck with them another year anyway as they promised to do a better deal for me the next year. They did but they reduced my payment on account by far too much which I am still paying for now. It made me wonder if these people actually know what they are doing. In one regard this was good as it taught me to do my own assessment this year which I did online and it was easy! I would not use this incompetent company again and I would not recommend them to anyone . They are expensive and untrustworthy.
I felt that this company was more interested in making the most money for themselves by levying unnecessary charges and fees on my business rather than working to reduce our costs.
