Bought a used fiesta from here on finance. Part of the deal was that it would be fitted with Bluetooth. Drove the car away thinking I'd done really well. I had to complain 2 times about the Bluetooth causing me to go through batteries and was told 2 times it had been fixed not to mention the creepy salesman tried to hit on me via text after I'd left (I am told he's been fired). I lost the plot when at 8 months pregnant the car battery died because of the bluetooth (AGAIN) and stranded me and they wanted to charge me 120 for 'diagnostics'. Took it in and guess what, it was the damn Bluetooth. The hilarious thing is, when it first broke, they accused me of getting dodgy Bluetooth fitted and completely backtracked when I reminded them that they fit it because I took the car .AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm disgusted.
Con artists. Trying to charge over 110 to fix a fault that should be covered under warranty on a new car, and tried to put us off for 2+ months for the repair, claiming that they couldn't supply a courtesy car. Lie after lie after lie.
Staff really helpful and friendly, I dealt with Kev who was great and helped me find the car I wanted and no request was too big. Really great service
Just taken my car for mot and I was a sit and wait. Service was brilliant! The staff was very helpful and even advised where the local park was as my 15 month old was quite irritable straight away. Thank you guys for going above and beyond with the customer service.
