Very poor customer service. The lady serving at the counter is rude to say the least. It was bad enough the first time I visited to buy a school bag telling me that if I didnt buy a certain style bag, my child would get beaten up by the other kids. The second time I popped in about a fleece and she had a go at me because I failed to mention it was for a child when I enquired as I was literally walking through the door. Bad attitude is an understatement!
