I spend nearly 8 weeks to get a phone call, that is over 2 hours past the agreed time, then have to fight to get a call back as I was told to re-book, no not my issue, then because I am not happy about the way I am treated, the guy on the phone tried to make an excuse to hang up on me, not happening, I had to speak to his supervisor to get it sorted. then I have someone trying to diagnose my elbow problem over the phone and then tried to give me a course actions even though he had not even seen me, not until I challenged him directly as to was he 100 % that it was what he had stated it was and I got "no I am not really sure" so I asked how can you do this over the telephone without seeing me for a proper and correct diagnoses, he stated that is how it is done now, this service is totally unacceptable, this is not what I pay nearly 7000 for. He said he would send me an appointment but nearly 2 weeks later I am still awaiting and in pain and it gets worse as time goes on, as I informed him but still waiting. Should of come from abroad I bet I would of been seen by now.
