Went in with a quote from another bathroom supplier and asked what they could do for me. Guy behind counter looked at me didnt even read my quote and told me he didnt know what he was looking at. I showed him there was a make model and sizes. He then walked off picked up a brochure and told me I had to find the items as he didnt know or have the time Sorry you just lost a 2000 sale as your staff are incompetent!!!
