Excellent service, friendly staff and customers.
Used to be good but seems to have gone down hill. 1.5 hour wate for food. When it arrived overcooked and food missing from order. Wasn't even busy.
Visited here again on Sunday after not being able to visit for about 7 weeks unfortunately it has changed hands and the food has gone downhill. No full menu on a Sunday anymore and only Sunday roasts which I was happy about as it was a fantastic Sunday lunch last time we went however the roast beef was clearly not of a fresh roast joint as before, roast potatoes were not fresh potatoes as before they were definitely frozen roast . The veg and mash were lovely as before but the let down was the meat and roasties. We won't be visiting again . Such a shame as we all enjoyed the Sunday roasts before and couldn't fault it as always tasted fresh home cooked . Oh well will have to start looking again for the homemade taste of a Sunday roast
